Intricate Images
Clever fonts, simple sunshine
Eager hunger, blue wonder
Angry lines, limpid sounds
Polite panic, smooth tonic
A collection of intricate images
Hung out to dry
Under the benign heat
Of my innocent imagination

ORIGIN OF POETRY
imagination will comes here
I will be white as the best paper
that will help my black mind
fulfill my hungry heart
First, I'll have to say bluntly that I don't really like your poem in its entirety. Yet, it manages to reach out to me. Whenever I'm faced with blank paper I follow this exercise: I write down random thoughts and then as I keep going those thoughts turn into something flowing and connected. I must say you've somehow captured that exercise poetically and the second verse is worded so tastefully that I couldn't resist commenting despite myself.
roxa: that is so appropriate!
raindanseuse: thank you for your frank comment....this poem was something along the tangential lines of your exercise...only unintentionally so :)
Anil,
The second para is stunning,
and on the whole the poem does
read well.
Good work -keep posting !
Cheers !
